Please note that we do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving the items if you are not satisfied. Please note that sale items are final and cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The order must include all original parts, components, and packaging in the same condition as received.

The product must show only normal handling and no signs of misuse, damage, or breakage caused by the customer.

Items subject to hygiene regulations must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating a return.

Any defects must be identified immediately upon receipt of the product.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are processed within 7 business days. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we believe they have been used, damaged, or handled improperly.

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with the correct return address.
Please do not send the return to the original sender.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within the following conditions, provided they are acting as private individuals and not for commercial or professional purposes.
Cancellation Conditions
Right of Cancellation:
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) receives the final item.
As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Once shipping has started, it cannot be interrupted, and refunds are only possible after the goods have been received and returned.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Elora Melbourne of your decision via a clear statement (e.g. by email). The withdrawal is completed once we receive the returned goods. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Shipments in Transit
As our products are shipped from Asia, delivery times may be longer and outside of our direct control. If your order is already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.
Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. You may notify us in advance of your intention to cancel.
To speed up the process, please provide shipping confirmation once the return has been sent.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you excluding delivery costs (and any additional costs incurred if a delivery method other than our standard option was chosen).
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive both the returned goods and your cancellation notice. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged.
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia, at the customer’s expense.
